The president of our chapter leads our house through all the organizations we're affiliated with, whether it be Panhellenic or our philanthropy. She oversees council meetings and works diligently to make sure that our chapter runs smoothly.
Primary role is to plan events during and leading up to Formal Fall Recruitment. This includes spring workshops to prepare new members for recruitment, spirit week workshops, and ensuring that the parties during Formal Fall Recruitment run smoothly. Other responsibilities include recruiting for continuous open bidding if our chapter falls below Panhellenic quota, monthly membership reports, and checking in to ensure that all active members are getting the most out of their Kappa Delta experience and feel heard.
VP Member Education
As VP-Member Education, Andie ensures that all new members make a smooth transition into our chapter while educating them on everything KD. For our current members, she plans new and exciting workshops. As a bonus, she plans Bid Day so keep an eye out for that!
VP Public Relations
As VP-PR, Tatum is in charge of Kappa Delta's public profile through all social media and alumnae relations. She also promotes our events, highlights members' achievements, and shares all of our chapter successes. Additionally, Tatum works closely to hold various alumnae events with Kappa Delta women in the Seattle area.
VP of Finance oversees all of the monetary transactions by providing daily attention to the financial matters of the chapter. This includes sending bills out, working with members to understand their financial situations, and ensuing that the chapter operates within its budget.
Jessie's role as VP of standards is to make sure the women of our sorority are all taken care of and comfortable with what is going on in our sisterhood. She also ensures that the rules and standards of Kappa Delta are upheld and followed, and we represent these values to the best of our abilities.
As Secretary it Marissa's responsibility to maintain chapter records, hold members accountable for attendance, and to keep National Kappa Delta informed about our chapter to help us be as effective as possible!
