The president of our chapter leads our house through all the organizations we're affiliated with, whether it be Panhellenic or our philanthropy. She oversees council meetings and works diligently to make sure that our chapter runs smoothly.
The primary role of the VP Membership is to plan events during and leading up to Formal Fall Recruitment. This includes spring workshops to prepare new members for recruitment, spirit week workshops, as well as ensuring that the events during Formal Fall Recruitment run smoothly. Maggie works as a team with fellow council member Alison Wall to essentially make Formal Fall Recruitment happen and succeed smoothly. The team's responsibilities outside of Formal Recruitment include managing continuous open bidding (COB), submitting monthly membership reports, and checking to ensure that all active members feel listened to, and are getting the most out of their Kappa Delta experience.

This transition includes planning engaging and stimulating new member workshops that work to educate new members on Kappa Delta values and history. VP Public Relations
The Vice President of Public Relations is in charge of the entirety of Kappa Delta's public profile. Edith runs all Kappa Delta social media, making regular updates to the chapter Instagram, Facebook, and chapter website. She also works to promote chapter events, celebrate members' achievements, and share all chapter successes. Additionally, Edith works closely to hold various alumnae events with Kappa Delta women in the Seattle area. The VP Public Relations is essential in maintaining Kappa Delta's reputation in the public eye and promoting our chapter during recruitment periods.
The role of VP standards is to ensure the women of our chapter are working to foster a community of safety and comfort for all members to benefit from. In doing so, Ellie ensures that the rules and standards of Kappa Delta are upheld and followed in order to maintain our allegiance to Kappa Delta values.

As Vice President Community Service, Roni oversees all philanthropic endeavors of our chapter. The two main philanthropy events put on by Sigma Iota each year are our Reach for the Sky Auction in February, as well as our Shamrock Shootout basketball tournament in March. Roni is responsible for leading several event teams and chairs to ensure that these events run smoothly, and that our chapter is able to adequately support the organizations to which we are associated.
The Vice President of Finance is responsible for overseeing and running all financial matters within our chapter. Accomplishing everything from managing housing and membership bills, connecting members with scholarships and financial assistance, and working with the broader Kappa Delta organization on funding and budgets, Kendall helps to keep the gears of Sigma Iota running smoothly.

In addition, Megan works to promote Panhellenic events and support all greek affiliated organizations on campus.
The Secretary is at the forefront of chapter logistics. Brooke is responsible for taking attendance at chapter meetings and required events, handling and negotiating absences, as well as creating and organizing a helpful list of minutes from each chapter meeting. In many ways, Brooke is a liaison between the Sigma Iota Officers and the rest of the chapter. In her position, Brooke strives to maintain and encourage the accountability of our members, and their commitment to the Kappa Delta organization as a whole.
